❖ Build the principles by using logical thoughts to train quintessence, energy, and spirit.
❖ Create the essence by using pure stillness, research, and meditative sitting.
❖ Set the use by light and flowing of the noble and beautiful language.
Many countries esteem this meditative sect and are learning it. Most intellectuals are aiming to study this sect in two ways. The first is by nourishing the spirit and body and curing diseases. This method uses sitting meditation to receive divine energy and disembodiment (the capacity to lead one’s mind out of one’s physical body). This disembodiment aims at training the quintessence of spiritual consciousness that creates the basis for acquiring the result of sacred opening—also known as quintessence-energy-spirit—making one’s spiritual consciousness able to mutually sympathize with heaven, illuminating awareness of the universe.
The second way is by using sitting meditation to research Buddhism. This way aims at attaining knowledge and seeing the supernatural. Nowadays, followers of this way in Japan use Zen meditation and yoga; in southern Vietnam, they follow the theosophy sect.
